It's hard to believe that it was one year ago that I sat down with my laptop and crafted my first post for Pineapple Ponderings! So much has happened in the last year - Chris and I logged a couple thousand miles together on the Concours, I did some solo travel, we've had frogs come and go in the pond, my gardens have blossomed and provided both fruits and flowers, and you've been here to follow along!
Today, Chris and I rode over to Knoebels in Elysburg, PA. I am utterly and completely exhausted, so the ride report is going to have to wait until tomorrow. That's probably for the best anyway, because tonight, it's all about celebrating Pineapple Ponderings' 1st Birthday!
Thank you for joining me over the past year. Stick with me, OK? I'll take you to Canada with me soon! And there will be plenty going on around here at The Homestead this summer. In the meantime, let's have a virtual slice of cake together!
